Join Forest Bathing Guide and qualified psychotherapist Rosie McLoughlin for a slow Summer’s morning in the Garden. Rest, restore and recharge with two hours of guided forest bathing and immerse yourself in the beautiful landscape.
Forest Bathing is a nature connection practise that originates in Japan, a direct translation of ‘Shinrin-Yoku’. This is a quiet, gentle and mindful practice where you can escape the busy world and slow down to the pace of nature, appreciating the small moments of wonder that often pass us by. The walk is slow, gentle and will cover less than 1 mile and will finish with a short tea ceremony.
Please see Eventbrite for all details. A £5 donation for the Garden is part of the ticket price and 10% of ticket sales also go to re-wilding charity Trees for Life.
