This exhibition “Hidden in Full View” by John Maher runs from Friday 23rd September to Sunday 2nd October 10:30 – 16:30.
John writes “I am a semi-professional photographer specialising in “macro photography” (highlighting elements of landscapes). I have exhibited at numerous Contemporary Art Fairs in and around London and latterly at Fairs in Glasgow and Aberdeen. In addition I have held solo shows at: Brick Lane Gallery, The Tabernacle and Tally-Ho Arts Centre, all in London.
I am resident in Edinburgh (about 1 mile from Dr Neil’s Garden in fact) and looking forward to my second show at Thomson’s. Many of the photographs to be exhibited in September are printed onto aluminium (light fast, scratch resistant and waterproof), as well as a selection of giclée inkjet prints.”
